CONNECTING WHAT MATTERS
Cells automated.
Logistics next.
Our cells and MicroFactory lines run on their own. Getting pallets and materials to them and away again still takes a pallet jack and a person. That walk inside the cleanroom is what we automate next.
Every pallet still needs a driver.
Full pallets come through the airlock and are pushed to the line by pallet jack. Empty pallets, cartons and waste go back out the same way. Someone has to be there just in time for every pallet change. In a GMP area, every trip is one more person in the room and one more movement to control.
MANUAL TODAY
Pallet in
Brought from the airlock to the cell by pallet jack.

Empties out
Empty pallets, cartons and waste taken away by hand.

Mobile robotics
Connects airlock, cells and lines.
From the airlock to the cell. And back.
Inside the cleanroom, from the airlock to your machines and back. This is the flow we are building toward.
01
Store and hand over
Material comes through the airlock and waits in a shelf station. From there, the robot takes over. Each side works at its own pace.
02
Pick
A mobile manipulator takes the container with its own arm. No forklift, no pallet jack.
03
Drive
It moves to the next station on its own.
04
Load and unload
At the cell it brings material in and takes finished goods or empties back out.
Where it starts.

MATERIAL HANDLING
Around RoboTub, RoboVial and RoboTub SteriFill
The goal: pallets come from the warehouse through the airlock, and from there mobile robots bring them to the cell and take empties and waste back out. People and machine are decoupled, so no one has to change a pallet just in time.

ASSEMBLY & PACKAGING
Supplying MicroFactory lines
The goal: production material comes through the airlock into the shelf station. From there, mobile robots supply the modules with components such as plunger rods, backstops or safety devices, and take finished goods on to the next step.
BUILDING BLOCKS
Two building blocks. One flow.

Mobile manipulator
A mobile robot with a collaborative arm. It picks containers, drives to the station and loads or unloads it, without a fixed conveyor in between.

Shelf station
The handover point inside the cleanroom. Material from the airlock goes in, sorted and organized, and waits there until the next step needs it.
Connecting the MicroFactory Ecosystem.
Every application runs on the same standardized modules. Mobile robotics is what connects them.

FAQ
Questions
we get asked.
What comes up in first calls, answered short.
The long answers we bring to the meeting.
Where does it start?
With RoboTub, RoboVial and RoboTub SteriFill: pallets from the airlock to the cell and back. And with supplying MicroFactory lines from the shelf station.
Is it designed for GMP areas?
Yes. Like our cells, it is built with GMP in mind from the start.
Can we talk about our site already?
Yes. Tell us how pallets and materials move between your stations today. That is the conversation we want to have now.
