Your Responsibilities
Here is an overview of your key tasks and daily responsibilities.
You will create and maintain process documentation and work instructions, and build structured knowledge areas in Confluence. You will also ensure quality assurance of existing content.
You will support the structuring and visualization of business processes, e.g. using diagrams or flowcharts, and develop standardized request forms.
You will assist with the automation of manual processes, e.g. using Power Automate, and with integration between M365, ERP, SharePoint, and Jira. You will also document the implemented solutions.
You will support the development and maintenance of BI reports and create dashboards for various departments, e.g. procurement, warehouse, inventory, or lead times.

You quickly learn new systems and processes, e.g. ERP systems, and independently implement ideas in small projects.
